Supria Dhanda is a business leader with more than two decades of invaluable experience in leading technology giants as Western Digital, SanDisk, Alcatel-Lucent and General Electric. Her last assignment was Country Manager-India and Global Vice President for Western Digital, including being a member of the Board. Supria has held Executive leadership roles, spearheaded mergers and acquisitions, and championed entrepreneurial ventures. Supria is the Co-founder and Managing Partner at WYSER, an Idea-Stage-fund-to-be, backed by the Hatchery Program, fueling the growth of AI first start-ups. Supria is also the visionary behind BAGGGEL foundation, missioned to develop women CEOs. The BAGGGEL Foundation believes in Greed, Grab and Grain, and growing by giving. She is an angel investor, an avid supporter of the India start-up ecosystem and a strong believer of women-in-tech entrepreneurs. An architect and sponsor of ‘Data Innovation Bazaar’ challenge series in collaboration with Start-up India and Invest India that rewarded grants to top 10 start-ups, she is passionate about use of data and technology to solve society's pressing challenges. She is also an Executive Board Member for ABS India, a leading System Integrator in the Telecommunications Industry. A TEDx speaker, co-author of ‘Wiley Innovation Black Book Enterprise 4.0’, Supria is a thought leader in Engineering R&D industry of India. She is a Co-Chair TAK (TiE Angels of Karnataka), TiE Charter Member at Delhi/NCR and Bangalore and Lead Anchor for Women@Work, a KDEM initiative, for Government of Karnataka. An ICF Certified Executive Coach, Emerging Markets Fellow from Academy of International Business (AIB), she is pursuing her doctorate in Entrepreneurial Strategy from XLRI.
